Important: Mortgage Payment Entry

When entering your mortgage payment, please use only your principal & interest (P&I) amount — not your full monthly mortgage bill.

Do not include: property taxes, homeowner's insurance, PMI, or HOA fees. These are not part of your debt balance and including them would significantly overstate your payments and skew the payoff calculations.

Your P&I amount can usually be found on your mortgage statement, broken out separately from escrow items. If you're unsure, check your lender's online portal or your most recent statement.
